My Calculator is developed and published by Onyra Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use My Calculator.

1. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN

My Calculator is designed to operate without requiring a user account.

The app does not require:

• account registration;• Google Sign-In;• usernames or passwords;• social login; or• an Onyra Digital user profile. My Calculator does not use advertising.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Onyra Digital does not intentionally collect personal information simply because you use the calculator. My Calculator does not require you to provide information such as:

• your name;• email address;• phone number;• physical address;• contacts;• precise location; or• photographs or files to use its core calculator functionality.

1. GOOGLE PLAY BILLING

My Calculator offers optional premium digital content through Google Play Billing. Purchases may include premium themes, cosmetic customization, or other optional digital features. Google Play processes the payment transaction. Onyra Digital does not receive or store your full:

• credit or debit card number;• bank account details; or• Google payment credentials. To provide and restore purchased content,

My Calculator and Google Play may process limited purchase information such as:

• product identifier;• purchase token;• purchase status;• purchase time;• acknowledgement status;• entitlement status; and• refund, cancellation, or revocation status.

This information is used only as necessary to validate purchases, unlock purchased content, restore eligible purchases, prevent fraud, and provide purchase-related support.

1. GOOGLE PLAY

Google independently processes information necessary to provide Google Play and Google Play Billing. This may include account, device, transaction, payment, security, and technical information handled directly by Google. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and account controls.

1. LOCAL APP INFORMATION

My Calculator may store app preferences and purchased-feature status locally on your device where necessary to provide the app experience. Locally stored information may be removed if you:

• clear the app's storage;• uninstall the app; or• reset your device. Eligible purchases may be restorable through Google Play where supported.

1. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Limited information processed in connection with My Calculator may be used to:

• provide calculator functionality;• validate in-app purchases;• unlock premium content;• restore eligible purchases;• detect invalid or fraudulent transactions;• troubleshoot purchase-related issues;• provide customer support; and• comply with applicable legal obligations.

1. DATA SHARING

Onyra Digital does not sell My Calculator users' personal information for direct monetary compensation. Information may be processed by Google where necessary to provide Google Play Billing and related platform services. We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or maintain the security of the app.

1. DATA RETENTION

My Calculator does not maintain a user account or cloud user profile. Limited purchase-related information may be retained where necessary for:

• purchase validation;• refunds;• accounting;• fraud prevention;• dispute resolution; or• legal or platform obligations.

Google may independently retain transaction information in accordance with its own policies.

1. ACCOUNT DELETION

My Calculator does not create an Onyra Digital user account. There is therefore no My Calculator account that users need to request Onyra Digital to delete. Local app information can generally be removed by clearing My Calculator's app storage or uninstalling the app. Google Play purchase and payment records are controlled separately by Google and may be managed through your Google account and Google Play services.

1. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

My Calculator is a general utility app and does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require account creation or personal profile information, its core functionality can be used without providing personal information to Onyra Digital.

MY CALCULATOR: TERMS & CONDITIONS

My Calculator is a mobile application developed and published by Onyra Digital ("we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of My Calculator, including optional premium features and in-app purchases.

By downloading or using My Calculator, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. LICENCE

Onyra Digital grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use My Calculator for personal and lawful purposes.

My Calculator is licensed, not sold.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Onyra Digital or its licensors.

1. CALCULATOR FUNCTIONALITY

My Calculator provides general calculation and utility functionality.

You are responsible for:

• entering information correctly;• reviewing calculations where accuracy is important; and• determining whether a result is appropriate for your intended purpose.

While we aim to provide reliable calculations, software may contain errors and results can also be affected by incorrect input, device behaviour, rounding, or technical limitations.

You should independently verify results before relying on them for decisions where an error could result in significant financial, professional, legal, safety, or other consequences.

My Calculator is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, engineering, legal, medical, or other specialist advice.

1. NO USER ACCOUNT

My Calculator does not require users to create an Onyra Digital account or sign in to use the app.

Certain purchases may be associated with your Google Play account by Google for payment and entitlement purposes.

1. PREMIUM FEATURES AND THEMES

My Calculator may offer optional premium digital content, including themes, customisation options, or other app enhancements.

Premium themes may include collections such as:

• Obsidian;• Champagne;• Sakura;• Aurora;• Savanna;• Rainforest; and• Tropical.

Available content, pricing, presentation, and future premium options may change over time. Premium cosmetic content does not affect ownership of the My Calculator application itself.

1. IN-APP PURCHASES

Optional purchases are processed using Google Play Billing. The applicable price is displayed before you complete a purchase. Prices may vary according to:

• country or region;• currency;• applicable taxes;• Google Play pricing; and• other platform factors.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play. Onyra Digital does not directly receive or store your full payment card or bank account details.

1. PURCHASE VALIDATION

My Calculator may validate purchases using information provided by Google Play, including:

• product identifier;• purchase token;• purchase status; and• entitlement status.

Premium content may be withheld, corrected, or removed where:

• payment fails;• a transaction is cancelled;• a purchase is refunded;• payment is reversed;• Google revokes the transaction;• a purchase is invalid; or• a technical error incorrectly granted an entitlement.

1. RESTORING PURCHASES

Where supported by Google Play and the relevant product type, My Calculator may restore eligible purchases associated with the Google account used to make them.

Purchase restoration depends on the entitlement information made available by Google Play.

Onyra Digital cannot restore a purchase that Google does not recognise as belonging to the relevant account.

1. REFUNDS

Refund requests for purchases processed through Google Play are generally subject to Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer law.

If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or revoked, access to the corresponding premium content may also be removed.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

1. APP THEMES AND DIGITAL CONTENT

Themes and other premium digital content are licensed for use within My Calculator.

They:

• are not transferable between users;• have no cash value;• cannot be exchanged for money;• may not be resold independently from the app; and• remain subject to these Terms.

We may improve or update themes and visual assets as My Calculator evolves.

1. APP UPDATES

We may release updates to:

• improve functionality;• add features;• introduce new themes;• correct bugs;• improve compatibility;• improve security; or• support changes to Android or Google Play.

Some features may require a newer version of the app to continue functioning correctly.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

• attempt to bypass purchase controls;• fraudulently unlock premium content;• manipulate Google Play Billing;• redistribute paid app assets;• reverse engineer or modify the app except where expressly permitted by law;• use My Calculator for unlawful purposes;• interfere with the app's operation or security; or• attempt unauthorised access to systems used by the app.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

My Calculator and its content are owned by or licensed to Onyra Digital.

This includes, where applicable:

• the My Calculator name and branding;• software and source code;• interface designs;• calculator layouts;• icons;• premium theme designs;• 3D and graphical assets;• animations;• written content; and• promotional material.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorised derivative works from these materials except where permitted by law or authorised by Onyra Digital.

1. SERVICE AND DEVICE AVAILABILITY

My Calculator is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• compatibility with every Android device;• compatibility with every future Android version;• uninterrupted access to Google Play services;• that every feature will remain permanently unchanged; or• that the app will always operate without errors.

We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for development, compatibility, security, or operational reasons.

1. LOCAL DATA

App settings and other locally stored information may be lost if you:

• uninstall the app;• clear app storage;• reset your device; or• experience device failure.

Eligible Google Play purchases may be restorable where supported, but locally stored preferences may not necessarily be recoverable.

1. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Calculator is provided "as is" and "as available".

Onyra Digital does not guarantee that every calculation or result will be suitable for every purpose.

You remain responsible for verifying calculations where accuracy is important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyra Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from use of or reliance on My Calculator.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

1. CHANGES TO MY CALCULATOR OR THESE TERMS

We may update My Calculator or these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect:

• new functionality;• new premium content;• technical changes;• Google Play changes; or• legal requirements.

The latest version of these Terms will be published on the My Calculator app page.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.

This does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

1. RELATIONSHIP TO ONYRA DIGITAL TERMS

These Terms apply specifically to My Calculator and supplement the general Onyra Digital Terms.

Where there is a conflict concerning My Calculator, these app-specific Terms apply to the extent of that conflict.
