Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all current and future games, apps, websites, and digital products published under the Onyra Digital name, unless a separate product-specific agreement applies.

You must be at least 13 years old to create or link an account in any Onyra Digital app or game that offers online account functionality.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• you are at least 13 years old, or
• you are using the service with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Onyra Digital grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, and use our apps, games, and services for your own personal, non-commercial use.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Onyra Digital.

Some services may allow:

• anonymous account creation
• Firebase-based account syncing
• Google Sign-In
• Google Play Games sign-in
• other supported authentication methods

You are responsible for:

• maintaining access to your device and linked accounts
• using accurate information where required
• all activity under your account or device

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, cheating, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Some apps and games store progress locally on your device. Others may also sync data to cloud services such as Firebase.

Cloud sync may be used for:

• progress recovery
• player profiles
• cross-device play
• leaderboards
• purchase entitlements

We do not guarantee uninterrupted cloud sync or permanent availability of saved data. Data may be lost due to device changes, storage wipes, uninstallations, app errors, network issues, incorrect login choices, or third-party service disruptions.

Some games may include:

• coins
• credits
• power-ups
• skins
• upgrades
• bundles
• other virtual items

These virtual items:

• are licensed, not sold
• have no real-world monetary value
• are non-transferable
• may not be exchanged for cash
• may not be sold or traded outside the app or game
• are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy

We may modify, rebalance, remove, or correct virtual items, balances, or rewards where reasonably necessary for gameplay balance, fraud prevention, technical correction, or service changes.

Where offered, in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• payment is handled by Google Play
• Onyra Digital does not store your full payment details
• delivery of digital items may depend on platform validation
• purchase availability and pricing may vary by region

Except where required by law or Google Play policy, digital purchases are generally final after delivery. Refunds are subject to Google Play's rules and applicable law.

If a purchase is refunded, revoked, charged back, or invalidated, we may remove the associated entitlement or virtual item.

Some services may include ads, including rewarded ads.

Rewarded ads may grant in-app benefits when successfully completed. We may limit the frequency, availability, or reward amount of such ads.

We are not responsible for third-party advertised products, services, or websites.

You agree not to:

• cheat
• exploit bugs or glitches
• manipulate leaderboards
• use bots, scripts, macros, or automation
• hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the service
• interfere with servers, APIs, or networks
• falsify purchases or rewards
• impersonate others
• abuse support systems
• upload unlawful or infringing content
• use the services in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal

Violation of these rules may result in:

• score removal
• reward reversal
• leaderboard bans
• account suspension
• account termination
• restriction of service access

All content, code, software, branding, graphics, interfaces, game content, designs, text, and related materials in Onyra Digital services are owned by or licensed to Onyra Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the service except as expressly permitted by us.

Where a service allows user-submitted content, you remain responsible for that content and must have the right to submit it.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Onyra Digital the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any app, game, feature, or service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted uptime
• permanent availability
• error-free operation
• compatibility with all devices
• uninterrupted cloud save or leaderboard availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyra Digital services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim warranties including:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• uninterrupted or error-free service
• permanent data retention
• continuous availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyra Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of:

• data
• progress
• scores
• virtual items
• profits
• goodwill
• device functionality
• business opportunity

This includes loss caused by:

• app removal
• device changes
• storage wipes
• network failures
• cloud sync issues
• third-party platform failures
• unauthorized account access
• ad or purchase platform issues

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access to any Onyra Digital service where:

• these Terms are violated
• cheating, fraud, or abuse is detected
• security risks arise
• a platform provider requires action
• the service is discontinued

You may stop using our services at any time.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services after such updates means you accept the updated Terms.
