1. Who We Are

CoinSnap Rush is an Android arcade game published by Onyra Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains the information used by the game, the data held on your device, and the connected services we use. Contact: support@onyradigital.com.

2. Information We Handle

Depending on the features you use, we may handle a Firebase player identifier; a Google account name, email address and identifier when you choose Google sign-in; a separate Google Play Games player profile when you connect Play Games; a leaderboard display name and high score; purchase product identifiers, purchase tokens and entitlement status; support messages; and technical information needed for security and service operation. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card details.

Gameplay progress, coins, boosters, skins, upgrades, settings and preferences are primarily stored on your device. A Firebase guest account may be created without Google sign-in. Existing legacy cloud records may remain, but this version does not provide cloud progress recovery or new leaderboard submissions.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to sign you in, run connected features and the public leaderboard, validate purchases, provide entitlements, respond to support and deletion requests, protect the service against fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Google Sign-In, Play Games and Firebase

Google sign-in and Google Play Games are separate connections. Play Games may process your gamer identity, avatar, player ID and Play Games activity under Google’s own policies. Firebase Authentication supports guest or linked identity; Cloud Firestore may hold account profile and legacy game records. Connecting either Google service does not restore locally stored progress on another device.

5. Leaderboard Visibility

The CoinSnap Rush public leaderboard currently exposes a display name and high score. It does not intentionally publish your email address. Google Play Games may display its own profile or activity separately according to your Google settings.

6. Advertising and Purchases

Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, ad impressions and technical data for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention, subject to applicable consent and device settings. Optional purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details; we may process product IDs, purchase tokens, transaction and entitlement status to deliver purchases and address support or fraud.

7. Sharing

We use Google Sign-In, Google Play Games Services, Firebase, Google AdMob and Google Play Billing for the functions described above. Data may be sent directly from your device to these providers. We do not sell personal information for direct monetary payment. We may disclose limited information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

8. Local Storage and Security

Local game data can be lost if app storage is cleared, the game is uninstalled or the device is replaced. Not all local progress is cloud-synchronized. We use reasonable access controls and encrypted transport for connected services; no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention

We keep account-linked data while needed to provide the service, and remove it when a verified deletion request is processed, except for limited records that must be retained for a legitimate legal, tax, accounting, refund, dispute or fraud-prevention reason. A temporary deletion lock may retain an account identifier for up to two hours so an old sign-in token cannot recreate deleted data. Google keeps its own records under its policies.

10. Account and Data Deletion

In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. The app submits an authenticated request to our deletion service; after it accepts the request, the device starts a fresh guest profile. If the request fails, the existing account remains active and the app shows an error. We remove the Firebase Authentication account, account-linked Firestore profile and legacy cloud data, and the CoinSnap Rush public leaderboard entry. Deletion does not delete your Google Account or Google Play Games profile, erase Google Play’s purchase history, cancel any separate Google service, or reverse completed purchases. 11. Children and Your Choices

CoinSnap Rush is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of information we control. We may take reasonable steps to verify ownership before acting. Advertising choices are also available through applicable Google and Android settings.

12. Changes and Contact

1. Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of CoinSnap Rush, published by Onyra Digital. By using the game you agree to these Terms and the CoinSnap Rush Privacy Policy. The game is not directed to children under 13; where local law requires parental consent, you must have it.

2. Licence to Play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. The game, art, code, names and other content remain owned by or licensed to Onyra Digital.

3. Accounts and Connected Services

The game may create a Firebase guest identity and lets you link Google sign-in. Google Play Games is a separate platform connection. You are responsible for access to your device and Google account. We do not receive your Google password. Google services also operate under Google’s own terms and policies.

4. Progress and Leaderboards

Scores, coins, boosters, skins, upgrades and settings are primarily stored on your device. This version does not offer cloud progress recovery or new CoinSnap Rush leaderboard submissions. Existing leaderboard records may still be displayed. We may remove manipulated or abusive records and may change game balancing or connected features. Local progress can be lost when app storage is cleared, the game is removed or a device changes.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

Virtual currency, boosters, cosmetics and upgrades are for use only in the game; they are not cash, transferable property or redeemable for money. Optional purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. We grant purchased digital items after Google reports a completed transaction; pending or cancelled transactions do not grant items. Refunds, reversals and statutory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and Google Play’s processes. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Advertising and Rewards

The game may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted only when the ad provider confirms successful completion. Availability and content of ads may vary. Attempting to manipulate ad rewards is prohibited.

7. Fair Play

Do not cheat, automate play, manipulate scores or purchases, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, or access another person’s account. We may reasonably restrict connected features or remove invalid records to protect players and the service.

8. Availability and Third Parties

Connected features depend on Google, Firebase, network availability and other providers. We may update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of locally stored progress.

9. Account Deletion

You can request deletion in Settings → Account → Delete Account or through https://onyradigital.com/apps/coinsnap-rush#account-deletion. Deletion removes the CoinSnap Rush account and associated cloud data we control, subject to disclosed lawful retention. It does not delete your Google Account, Play Games profile or Google Play transaction history.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is supplied “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that every feature will be error-free or compatible with every device. To the extent permitted by law, Onyra Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and Governing Law

We may revise these Terms and will publish the new version with an updated date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Namibia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. These app-specific Terms supplement the general Onyra Digital Terms; for CoinSnap Rush, these Terms control if they conflict.
